BWET Weekend ChallengeThis week we looked at Chord Overstreet in our Celebrity Spotlight and his insane core workouts.  For our weekend challenge, we’re going to take it a step further with a truly challenging Ab workout from some of my camouflaged friends…

The Ab-Fidel Core Workout

50 Crunches
25 Supine Bicycle
50 Sit Ups
25 Flutter Kicks (4 Count)
25 Reverse Crunches
25 Hanging or Captains Chair Leg Raises
25 Scuba Kicks – Like Flutter Kicks, but on your belly.
25 Sit Ups
25 Side Crunches (each side)
25 Hello Dolly’s (Spread your legs while laying on your back)
20 weighted Standing Side raises

Do these exercises back to back with no rest breaks in between (if you can).
