Tip Number 1:

Tip Number 2:
Muscular Development 101 – Sarcoplasmic Hypertrophy vs. Myofibrillar Hypertrophy

Sarcoplasmic Hypertrophy is the fancy medical terminology for basically having very wet muscles.  Sarcoplasm is the fluid in your muscles.  It’s what gives yo the nice “pump” when you’re in the gym.  It’s temporary and leads to the large, puffy look.  It can be magnified with supplements like creatine.

Myofibrillar Hypertrophy is the fancy word for actually building muscle fibers.  This gives you the deep, dense looking muscles that are significantly stronger since muscle fibers can actually contract, where intracellular fluid cannot.  This gives you the chiseled, hard look you want.

Tip Number 3:
If you’ve “dieted down” reduced your body fat percentage to a very low range but still have loose skin that looks like a turkey neck, then pay attention.  When you lose weight, be it fat or water, the skin lags behind the curve a little in tightening itself up around you.  Rust will explain how to get your skin to look like shrink wrap over your freshly developed muscles…

 

 

Tip Number 4:
And here’s the challenge.  Put it all together.  If you’re a real go-getter then you have all you need just from these videos.  But if you’re like me and really don’t want to build and plan every workout, make new logs, and perfectly match exercises for synergistic effect, then let Rusty do all the work for you.  Honestly, I spend enough time building workouts for you guys that I rarely build any just for myself.  I use the same ones I give to you.
