BWET Weekend Challenge | NBA Playoffs Sweat Bet ChallengeWith 24 teams playing 12 matches tonight, another 12 tomorrow and 10 on Sunday, this weekend is ripe for betting some sweat.  We haven’t done a sports betting weekend challenge since The Superbowl.

OK, so here’s how we’re setting up the NBA Playoffs challenge.

1:  Choose a team.

2:  Every foul called against your team, 10 Push Ups for every free throw.
Add 5 if free throw is missed.

3:  At the end of each quarter, take the difference in scores and double it.
This is the root number for your Burpee Ladder.

 

 

Example:  Colts 25, Pacers 15 = 10 point difference.  10×2=20
20 Burpee Ladder.  If your team is getting trounced, then you’re in for a real
workout.

4:  Take the difference in the final scores and double it.
This is the number of minutes you will do hill sprint circuits.
Sprint up a small hill and walk back down.

You’ll be fit as a fiddle by the end of the NBA Play Offs this season and ready to show off a lean, tight body for the beach this summer.

So, grab your seat, some light and healthy snacks, and a towel.  Let’s watch some basketball!

    Sounds like a great idea especially if you have friends and family over. Sorry for those who have the worst teams but it looks like you could be on your way to having a great workout. I was watching a game the other night and a team was up by 20 in the first quarter that would be a lot of burpees.

    Just be careful about the eating and drinking and doing this type of workout. You may end up with a mess on your hands if you are not careful.
