BWET Weekend ChallengeSince Fitness Legend Jack LaLanne passed away earlier this week,
I thought a good tribute weekend challenge to remember him by was in order.

Way back in 1956, Jack did 1033 push-ups in 23 minutes on live TV at age 42.

In 1959, he did 1000 push-ups and 1000 chin-ups in 1 hour and 22 minutes.

Now, we’re not even going to try to beat that, but we are going to have a true challenge…

This weekend, you have 48 hours to complete 1000 Burpees.
Do them in sets of how ever you like, but get them done.  That’s all that counts.
