BWET Weekend ChallengeSo, it seem that yesterday morning… “Miguel Cabrera, 27, was spotted by a deputy in a car with its engine smoking alongside a road in Fort Pierce. Inside the vehicle, Cabrera smelled of alcohol, had slurred speech and took a swig from a bottle of scotch in front of a deputy, according to St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office said. He refused to cooperate and more deputies were called to the scene.” – AP

And right at the beginning of Spring Training.  Lucky for Cabrera, there are a ton of effective bodyweight exercises he can do in the confines of a jail cell that will keep him fit for play.  If he gets out in time.

And that brings us to the BWET Prison Cell Challenge.

The challenge:  Build a full body workout following the below rules and post it in the comments section.

– You have an 8 foot by 6 foot space.
– You can only use your own bodyweight as resistance
– You have nothing to do hanging exercises with except the cell bars.

Possible exercise suggestions
– Burpees (a prisoner favorite)
– Push-Ups
– Mountain Climbers
– 360 Degree Lunges
– Use the bed in your “cell” for dips, decline push-ups, etc.

Use your imagination and be as creative as you want.  Just follow the rules above.
Whoever comes up with the most complete and creative workout will win a free pre-launch copy of 20 Minute Fitness.  Winner will be announced on Monday’s post, so make sure you check back or subscribe to the blogcast.

Note – Make sure you fill in the email blank in the comment box, so I can send your prize if you win.

Winner Announcement – I would like to congratulate no one for wining this weekend challenge.  Response was absolutely dismal.  There weren’t even any spam comments for this weekend challenge.
