It was also developed as a university project in the developer’s Masters Degree in Nutrition Program.

The guy who developed this program has kept it so simple, a caveman could do it involuntarily.  In fact, they did do it involuntarily.

This method of decreasing weekly caloric intake to create the deficit you need to lose weight has been around basically since Man has.

As we know already, motivation works best when shared.  When you have a fitness buddy, you stay more motivated to stick to your program and reach your goals.  After all, you don’t want your buddy to reach his goal first and leave you in second place do you?
